We strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging. You must contact us prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification. Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:

1.Order Cancel. We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

2. Return.
Request:
1) Items received within 30 days from the delivered date.
2) Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3) Return shipping fee is paid by buyer, unless there was an error on our part(such as incorrect item, size, or color).

3.Exchange. We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.
Please contact our customer service before sending the products back.

4.Refund. If you are not satisfied with our products (not quality problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. After we clear customs, we will show you the customs tax cost to pay, and shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Please contact our customer service for refund assistance.

Note: All the items are checked by our staff before packaging, and take pictures when the items are packaging. We never send out a damaged packaging or items. So, please contact our customer service if you find the packing or items have been damaged when you receive it, take photos and send to us, then we will there for you as soon as possiable.
